The staff were excellent. Warm and friendly but also very professional. The quality of the food is outstanding. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. They two guys that worked in the restaurant went above and beyond to help us. I am diamond member at Hilton and wanted to get away from a large corporation feel, often boutique hotel can miss the mark. This one did not! Everything was good with the added surprise of exceptional food.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. Room equipment nice and new, paying attention to the details. Option to have also a la cart breakfast with great options to choose from. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Twelve hours into my stay, I was determined to write a bad review for this hotel. However, the front desk staff managed to turn my stay around in a spectacular way. I have never seen such consistency and high degree of level of service in Europe and each and every one of them was exceptional. Christina, in particular, was outstanding. She's an asset to the hotel.

Everything was excellent. Attentive and friendly staff that are pleasure to talk to. A cozy restaurant with a street view and a rich breakfast. Located in the center of many attractions minimizing the need to use a car in this busy city. Great bed and amenities in the room. All problems at the beginning were in few minutes by the staff, just how service needs to be. The manger is a lovely and considerate person that we loved to interact with. Lots of small restaurants around and a supermarket that is always open just 20 meters away. Felt like we found our long lost family :-)

The hotel is beautifully designed inside, you do feel as if you would be in Japan. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best ones we had on our whole two week trip - home-made muesli, heaps of fresh fruit etc. - yummy. The restaurant - fusion of Asian and French cuisine is also pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and the location is also pretty central.

Great location at lively Cvetni Trg with many caffes. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast menu very tasty. Rooms are with a lot of wood making then "warm".

The reception staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You immediately feel at home and cared for. Every corner of the hotel is spotless, reflecting their high standards of cleanliness. The room design is truly unique and beautifully thought out. Although I haven’t been to Japan, the aesthetics reminded me of a serene and stylish Japanese retreat. The warm yellow lighting throughout the room adds a cozy and relaxing vibe, making it an absolute pleasure to unwind in. Having stayed at several hotels in Belgrade, I can confidently say this is the best one yet. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel sets a new benchmark for comfort and hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

The welcoming from the staff was so friendly! We felt comfortable quickly. The hotel is beautiful, the Japanese style makes the trick, the room was very clean a,d cozy. The situation is very nice. You may have a lot of choice for restaurants and you're not far from the touristic center of Belgrade. Easy access to museum and parks.

The hotel has great location and unique design. Staff were superb, very polite, attentive. We enjoyed spa, which was reasonably prices at 30 EUR per hour and only available to 1 room, because it is a small size. Room was comfortable, good lighting, small coffee machine.
